Rogers, speaking from Tokyo, also discusses the global stocks plunge and his investment strategy.

Well, here’s some market snap shots from Europe this morning.

As stocks and commodities continue to slide, the euro is having a rally on speculation that the Central Banks will intervene in the forex market.

The euro is trading around 1,25 against the dollar at the moment, but the market still seem very anxious and volatile.
